The most basic way to make a call is to key in the number and press the
green “Start” key. One advantage of a mobile phone is that you can
also store people’s names and numbers in your mobile phone book and
call them more easily.
To call someone
• With the
“Contacts”
key (it’s the one with people on it) you can ac-
cess your phone book. Use the
“Up/Down”
key to find the name
of the person you want to call. You can also type in the first letter of
the name of the person you want to call.
• Now simply press the green
“Start”
key.
• End the call by pressing the red
“Stop”
key or by closing the flap.
• Make sure you are in an area with sufficient coverage to make calls.
The strength of the network is indicated on the
“Home”
screen.
