The Video Doorbell can be mounted on the wall using the provided bracket as shown below.
Before mounting the Video Doorbell, you should ensure the desired installation location has good,
reliable Wi-Fi reception. Using the app, try streaming live video from the Video Doorbell there. If you
don’t experience any video streaming issues (buffering, etc), you’ve found a good place for your device.
You can boost the Wi-Fi coverage of your existing network by installing a Wi-Fi range extender.
MOUNT THE VIDEO DOORBELL
Attaching the Video Doorbell
Align the notches on the side of the
Video Doorbell with the corresponding
tabs on the bracket, and then snap
into place.
Ideal installation height
Around chest-height, 1.6-1.7m
(5.2-5.6ft) from the ground.
Removing the Video Doorbell
Press down the tab at the bottom of
the bracket with your thumb and at the
same time lift out the Video Doorbell
using your other hand.
Installing the bracket
If mounting to a wooden surface, screw
the bracket directly to the surface. If
mounting to a masonry surface (bricks,
concrete), insert wall plugs before
screwing the bracket to the surface.
