Charging the
Sports HD BulletCam
Charging the built-in battery:
You can charge the battery via the USB slot on the base of the camera
using a USB cable from a PC or stand-alone USB power supply.
Charging the battery will take approximately 60 ~ 80 minutes.
Only connect the
Sports HD BulletCam
to a standard USB 1.0, 1.1 or
2.0 port.
Under no circumstances ever connect the
Sports HD BulletCam
to any
power source supplying anything other than 5V (this is the standard
USB power supply).
Some newer modifications of the USB port (such as
USB 3.0
or
eSATAp
ports) will accept the USB shaped plug, but supply different
amounts of power. Avoid connecting the
Sports HD BulletCam
to
these ports, as results will vary, and doing so could damage the
Sports HD BulletCam
.
Even if not actively used, you should charge the Sports HD BulletCam
at least once every three months - this keeps the battery “healthy”.
To charge via a
computer’s USB port:
•
Insert the micro-USB plug on
the USB cable into the USB
socket on the rear of the
Sports
HD BulletCam
.
•
Connect one end of the USB
adapter or cable to the USB
port on the computer.
Whilst charging, the red LED on the
Sports HD BulletCam
will flash slowly.
When charging is complete, the red LED will stay on constantly.
