                       ,make slits  on the skin of fish. Put  the fish on a

hallow dish  of 22-27 cm diameter 

and

sprinkle lightly with some 

seasoning

. After cooking, stand for  2 minutes.

 food out.

 food will largely influence the cooking

            has been found
