HOW TO USE

Crepes

100g (4 oz) plain flour
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
225ml (8 fl oz) milk
1 egg

Mix thoroughly. If necessary, add small 
amounts of flour or milk to achieve 
consistency of single cream for best 
results.

Pancakes

100g plain flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk

Mix thoroughly. If necessary, add small 
amounts of flour or milk to achieve 
consistency of single cream for best 
results.

TIPS

Whether you are making pancakes or crepes, carefully wipe the cooking surface and 
spatular between each pancake/crepe. Also wipe the spatular itself clean regularly 
to prevent sticking.

BASIC RECIPES

CLEAN UP & MAINTENANCE

Unplug and allow the crepe maker to FULLY cool before cleaning. Use kitchen towel 
to clean all surfaces. A soft cloth moistened with a mild detergent solution can be 
used for any stubbon stains.

DO NOT IMMERSE ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT IN WATER. DO NOT RUN UNDER 
THE TAP. DO NOT US ABRASIVE OR CHEMICAL CLEANERS
