TECHNICAL DATA

CAUTION: Surfaces become hot during use

Remove all packaging before using.

Next job, make some pancake batter! It is important to us that your first experience
with the product is a positive one, so we recommend that for first time operation, use
pancake/crepe batter ready mix from supermarket. It is inexpensive, and gives good
results with very little waste.

Make up the pancake/crepe batter according to the instructions on the packet (we
have included a couple of recipes later on if you want to make your own batter).

The important thing here is CONSISTENCY. The best mix consistency for using this
type of machine is something similar to single cream

There are two methods. The first is best for pancakes, The second is best for thinner
crepes

Method 1 (Pancakes)

Place on a flat stable surface. Connect the pancake maker to the mains, switch on
and allow to preheat for a few minutes. The indicator light will go out when it has
reached correct cooking temperature. Please do NOT touch the cooking surface as
it becomes very hot of course.

Refer to images below for best technique.
