Important Warranty Information
This product is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of original purchase.
If the product fails within this period due to faulty materials or workmanship, it will be repaired,
replaced or refunded at our discretion
This warranty applies only to:
(a) Product purchased as new from a Shop Direct Group digital department store.
(b) Product installed and used in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual.
(c) Product used for domestic purposes only.
(d) Product purchased in the UK and Eire.
This warranty does not cover:
(a) Cosmetic damage.
(b) Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.
(c) Incorrect voltage supply or power surges.
(d) Customer misuse, modifications or adjustments.
(e) Repairs attempted by anyone other than by an authorised Swan service engineer.
(f) Products with unreadable or removed serial numbers.
(g) Products purchased from any other retailer.
Swan has no responsibility for incidental or consequential loss or damage.

When contacting Swan, please provide:
Your customer account number.
Product model number, catalogue number and serial number. Please note; model & serial
numbers can be found on the product rating label.
Date of purchase.
Complete description of the problem.
