MANUAL
25029L
General regulations for the installation, use and maintenance:
Install the maintenance unit as near as possible to the consumer and consider the flow
direction filter – regulator – oil-mist lubricator. The flow direction is marked with arrows on
the individual components, as well as with the words "IN" for input and "OUT" for output.
We recommend a wall fastening for the maintenance unit.
Technical data:
•
Maximum air pressure in the intake: 15 bar
•
Maximum temperature: 60°C (at maximum pressure).
•
Filter insert: 10 μ
•
Adjustment range of the regulator : 0.5 to 11 bar
•
Adjustment range of the oil-mist lubricator: 1 drop every 300 to 600 l/min.
•
Max. throughput quantity: 3,100 l/min.
Operational startup:
In order to avoid damage during transport, the compressed air maintenance unit is only
partially assembled. Please first mount the flexible tube couplings. These are screwed
onto the oil-mist lubricator and onto the connection unit (Output – OUT) between
pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator. Then mount the hose plug-connector (Input –
IN). Finally screw the manometer into the pressure regulator (bore below the turn grip). In
case of lack of sealing, additionally use Teflon tape – any further tightening of the
screwed connection can destroy the screw threads.
As far as possible mount the maintenance unit on a wall. Never dismantle the wall-
mounted brackets of the maintenance unit, since they also serve as a connecting piece
of the individual components.
Before the system is put under pressure, fill the oil-mist lubricator with oil, either directly
by unscrewing the cup or through the opening of the filling bolt (6 mm Allen key). Use
ISO or UNI FD oils. Please consider the marker placed on the cup for the maximum filling
height.
Use:
This compressed air maintenance unit offers two extraction points for compressed air.
The quick coupling in the middle makes filtered air available (e.g. for spray guns), where
the right-hand quick coupling (Output – OUT) filtered and oiled air is held ready (e.g. for
impact screwdrivers).
Adjust the operating pressure by actuating the black turn grip of the regulator in the
following manner: Pull the grip lightly upwards so that it can be rotated. Then rotate the
grip clockwise in order to increase the pressure and counter-clockwise in order to reduce
the pressure. After the required pressure is reached, block the grip by pressing it down.
The valve for draining the condensate water is located on the base of the filter cup. The
valve can be opened by pressing and the condensate water flows off. Please note the
marker placed on the cup for the maximum level of the condensate water.
