LOCATION OF PARTS
Uncrate the vehicle and place it in a clean working area.
Carefully remove the various component parts packaged around the vehicle. Check off each of the components
as shown in the photograph.
1. Remove the screws from the steel crate as shown in the photograph, then remove the straps holding the han-
dlebar assembly. Remove the two screws holding the handlebar bracket in place, then separate the holding
bracket of wheels from crate. Lift the steel frame to separate it from base of the crate.
2. Remove the bolts holding the wheels and bracket in place.
3. Remove the bolts holding the front part of vehicle.

4. Remove the bolts holding the under panel.
Before removing bolts, lift the front of the vehicle a little by using a hoist to prevent the damage to
the bolt threads.
