and increase the “Spec”

to 1 200 rpm
slowly.
2) Check that the “Desired idle speed”

is nearly equal to the
“Spec”

. Also, check that the number of steps

in the ISC
valve position increases

to 1 400 rpm.
2) Check that the “Desired idle speed”

is approx. 1 400 rpm.
3) Check that the “Engine speed”

is close to 1 400 rpm.

If the ISC valve does not function properly, inspect the ISC valve for details. (

Be careful not to increase the “Spec” to 1 500 rpm, or
the “Engine speed” may reach the upper limit.
