8.3 Welding Nipple and Welding Fixture

In order to install the sensor, first a hole must be made as follows:

•

The diameter of the hole is 18 mm for the installation in a
horizontal pipe.

•

The diameter of the hole is 21 mm for the installation in a vertical
pipe.

Then a welding nipple will be welded onto the pipe. There are 4 types
available:
