OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Hold the PINLOC 5000iP to your eye and depress the Power button once to turn on. The
LCD display will now show three lines and a small rectangular box. Line the target up so
it appears inside the rectangular box, then depress the Power button once. The distance
from you to the target will be displayed on the screen instantly.
SLOPE MODE ( )
To turn on Slope mode, slide the toggle on the back of the laser to the left. You will now
see “<” in the field of view when using the laser, informing you that you are in the Slope
mode. To activate, use the laser as normal. Press the red Power button to turn on the laser
and again to measure your distance. You will now see the actual distance (top centre),
a compensated distance to your target (bottom left) and the angle of incline or decline
(bottom right). To turn off Slope mode, slide the toggle on the back of the laser to the
right.
