3.6.2 Device Reset
Click
“Restart Switch”
to reset the system to the initial state. The
MAC table and VLAN table
data
will be kept. All the current user configured values of internal registers will be kept. The
EEPROM download will
NOT
be done again. But the system will restart the process of Auto
Negotiation.
Note: The hardware will not be reset. If you want to reset hardware, unplug the power line and
wit for at least 5 seconds then replug.
