1. Depending on the roof type different methods of fixing may be

required. Decide on the best method of fixing, this will depend

on the roof type and material.

2. Place panel(s) on the roof following the position as shown above

(9.0), both panel(s) need to be next to each other to make it easy

to connect the cables. DO NOT connect the cables to the

solar panels at this stage.

3. Feed the solar panel cables through the roof into the house and

to the back of the fridge (make sure that the cable does not rub

against sharp edges or pass over rough surfaces as it travels from

the panel(s) to the fridge). DO NOT TUG the cable (as this may

damage it). If the cable does not run freely go back to the roof

and clear the obstacle that is preventing its free movement.

4. Connect the solar panel cable to the fridge following the

instructions on page 12 of this manual.

5. Once this is done go back to the roof and connect the cable to the

solar panels, using the 2 adaptors provided connect the panel(s)

together as in the diagram opposite (9.3) observing the correct

polarity. Connectors are waterproof so do not need to be covered.

This kit does not include any fixings, these are

midday, ideally fix alongside existing solar
