This document provides information relating to Suprema products.

This document may be used only for Suprema products covered by Suprema's product use and sales agreement. No
license to any intellectual property rights is granted by this document, either expressly or implicitly, by estoppel or in
any other way.

Except as set forth in an agreement between you and Suprema, Suprema does not provide any liabilities or warranties,
express or implied, with respect to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement.

All warranties will be voided if a Suprema product is: 1) installed incorrectly, or the serial number, warranty information
or warranty sticker of the hardware is changed or removed; 2) used in a way other than those permitted by Suprema;
3) changed, modified, or repaired by a party other than Suprema or a party authorized by Suprema; or 4) operated or
maintained in an inadequate environment.

Suprema products are not intended to be used for medical, lifesaving or life-support purposes, where failure of
the product may result in injury or death. In purchasing or using Suprema products for these purposes, you hereby
indemnify Suprema and its members, subsidiaries, affiliates and suppliers against any and all claims, costs, losses,
expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from injury or death resulting from such purchase or use. The same
shall apply even if you claim there is a fault in Suprema's product design or manufacturing.

Suprema reserves the right to change specifications and product descriptions at any time without prior notice in order
to improve reliability, functionality or design.

Personal information may be stored in Suprema products in the form of authentication messages and other relevant
information during use of the products. Suprema is not responsible for any information stored in Suprema products,
including personal information, which is not directly under Suprema's control or specified in any relevant agreement.
When using information stored in products, including personal information, users of the products are responsible for
complying with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR) and for the proper handling and processing of information.

You should not rely on any absence of function, or feature, or description indicated as "reserved" or "undefined."
Suprema may define such description later, and Suprema is not responsible for any changes made in the future that
