SR-IOV Support
Single Root I/O Virtualization is an industry-standard mechanism that allow devices
to advertise their capability to be simultaneously shared among several virtual
machines. SR-IOV is capable of partitioning a PCI function into several virtual
interfaces for sharing the resources of a PCI Express device under a virtual envi-
ronment. The options are
Disabled
and Enabled.
Slot 2 PCIE X4 in X8 Slot, Slot 3 PCIE X4 in X16 Slot, Slot 4 PCI 33MHz,
Slot 5 PCI 33MHz, Slot 6 PCIE X16
This feature allows you to Enable or Disable the Option ROM of a PCI slot specifi ed.
The options are
Enable
and Disable.
Onboard LAN Option ROM Select
This feature allows the user to select the onboard LAN option ROM type. The op-
tions are iSCSI and
PXE
.
Load Onboard LAN1 Option ROM/Load Onboard LAN2 Option ROM
Select Enabled to enable the onboard LAN1 or LAN2 Option ROM. This is to boot
computer using a network interface. The options are Enabled and
Disabled.
Load Onboard SAS Option ROM
Select Enabled to enable the onboard SAS Option ROM. This is to boot computer
using a network interface. The options are
Enabled
and Disabled.
Boot Graphics Adapter Priority
This feature allows the user to select the priority graphics adapter for system boot.
The options are
Slot 6
and Offboard VGA.
Super IO Device Confi guration
Serial Port1 Address/ Serial Port2 Address
This option specifi es the base I/O port address and the Interrupt Request address
of Serial Port 1 and Serial Port 2. Select
Disabled to prevent the serial port from
accessing any system resources. When this option is set to Disabled, the serial port
physically becomes unavailable. Select 3F8/IRQ4 to allow the serial port to use 3F8
as its I/O port address and IRQ 4 for the interrupt address. The options for Serial
Port1 are Disabled,
3F8/IRQ4
, 3E8/IRQ4, 2E8/IRQ3. The options for Serial Port2
are Disabled,
2F8/IRQ3
, 3E8/IRQ4, and 2E8/IRQ3.
