Use the above four items to select the type of device installed in a LAN port specified by the
user for system boot. The default setting for Onboard LAN1 Option ROM is
PXE
, and the
default setting for Onboard LAN2 Option ROM/Onboard LAN3 Option ROM/Onboard LAN4
Option ROM is
Disabled
.
Onboard Video Option ROM
Use this item to select the Onboard Video Option ROM type. The options are Disabled,
Legacy,
and EFI.
Network Stack
Select Enabled to enable PXE (Preboot Execution Environment) or UEFI (Unified Extensible
Firmware Interface) for network stack support. The options are Disabled and
Enabled
.
*If the item "Network Stack" is set to Enabled, the four items below will be
displayed:
IPv4 PXE Support
Select Enabled to enable IPv4 PXE boot support. The options are Disabled and
Enabled
.
IPv6 PXE Support
Select Enabled to enable IPv6 PXE boot support. The options are
Disabled
and
Enabled.
PXE boot wait time
Use this option to specify the wait time to press the ESC key to abort the PXE boot. Press
"+" or "-" on your keyboard to change the value. The default setting is
0
.
Media detect count
Use this option to specify the number of times media will be checked. Press "+" or "-" on your
keyboard to change the value. The default setting is
1
.

The following USB items will be displayed:

Legacy USB Support (Available when USB Functions is not Disabled)
Select Enabled to support legacy USB devices. Select Auto to disable legacy support if USB
devices are not present. Select Disabled to have USB devices available for EFI (Extensive
Firmware Interface) applications only. The settings are
