Removing the Processor Carrier Assembly from the PHM
Detach the four plastic clips (a, b, c, d) on the processor carrier assembly from the four corners
of the heatsink (A, B, C, D) as shown below, and lift off the processor carrier assembly.

Removing the PHM from the CPU Socket
Be sure the system is shut down and all AC power cords are unplugged. Use a t30-bit
screwdriver to loosen the four nuts on the heatsink and lift the PHM upward to remove it
from the CPU socket.
