6-8 Power Supply
The chassis has two hot-swap 750W power supplies They have an auto-switching
capability, which enables them to automatically sense and operate at an input
voltage between 100V-240V.
If a power supply unit fails, it can be changed without powering down the system.
Replacement units can be ordered directly from Supermicro.
Changing a Redundant Power Supply
1. Press the release button on the failed power supply.
2. Use the handle to gently slide the power supply out the back of the chassis.
3. Replace the failed power module with another of the same model.
4. Slide the new power supply module into the power supply bay until it clicks into
the locked position.
