This  firebox  has  been  tested 

under Z21.91-2007 for use with 

approved ANSI Z21.11.2 decora-

tive type unvented room heater.

IMPORTANT: Read this owner’s 

manual carefully and completely 

before trying to assemble, op-

erate  or  service  this  fireplace. 

Improper  use  of  this  fireplace 

can cause serious injury or 

death  from  burns,  fire,  explo

sion, electrical shock and carbon
