5.  Press the ON/SPEED/OFF button on the device or ON/OFF on the remote control. The fan will

then start at a low speed. . The speed can be altered by further pressing the ON/SPEED/OFF

button. To change the speed using the remote control, press the SEED button at this point. The

chosen speed is then indicated by the relevant indicator next to the specified speed via the details

6.  The swing function is operated by pressure on a motor pivot and the function can be cancelled by

extending the pivot once again. The fan remains in the updated position.

7.  The timer function can only be activated while the fan is in operation. Pressing the TIME button on

the device or TIMER on the remote control allows this function to be selected. . The programmable

time interval starts at 1 hour. Pressing this button again allows various time periods to be selected.

The chosen time setting is then indicated by the relevant indicator on the display showing the

selected time span (1h, 2h and 4h). Once the time has elapsed, the fan switches itself off.

8.  The MODE button on the remote control allows you to activate the interval function. In this mode,

the fan operates at intervals, several seconds on and off respectively. To switch this function off

again, press the MODE button on the remote control one more time.

9.  If you wish to switch the fan off manually, press the ON/SPEED/OFF button on the device until the

device switches itself off (the number of times depends on the speed that has been selected). Using

the remote control, the device can be switched off by simply pressing the ON/OFF button once.

NOTE: After the fan has been switched off or switched itself off via the time-switch function, the last

speed setting made remains in memory. If unplugged, however, the last speed setting made will be

erased and the ventilator will restart with slow speed the next time it is used.
