1. Locate the carbon filter (image a). Slide on the pre-filter and secure with
included elastic bands.
2. Locate and unpack the inline fan (image b).
3. Attach the mounting bracket and hang the inline fan from the roof support
crossmember (image d) and secure with zip tie.
4. Locate the two black filter hanging straps. Loop the straps around the roof
support crossmember (image e). Slide the carbon filter through the loops and
tighten securely (image f).
4. Position the carbon filter over the end of the inline fan and secure with
included duct tape (image g).
5. Locate the ducting and hose clamp. Slide the hose clamp over the end of the
ducting and attach the ducting to the open end of the inline fan (image h).
Tighten the hose clamp securely and feed the open end of the ducting through
the desired ducting port (image i). Tighten the dual-cinching ports around the
ducting when done.
1. Locate Carbon Filter (image a). Using the black straps (image b) included
with the Gorilla Grow Tent, attach the filter to the celing support on the back
wall of the tent (image c & d).
2. Locate the ducting and hose clamps included in your system. Slide the
hose clamp over the ducting prior to attaching the ducting to the filter
(image e). Attach one end of the ducting to the filter using the provided
hose clamps and tighten for a snug fit (image f).
3. Feed the other end of the ducting through the nearest port hole (image h).
Once the ducting is fed throught the hole, use the double-cinching pulls to
tighten the port around the ducting to prevent any light leaks.
4. Locate the inline fan included with your system (image g).
5. Slide the hose clamp on the the open end of the ducting and attach the
ducting to the FLAT side of the fan (image i) and tighten for a snug fit
(image j).
Hanging Carbon Filter and Inline Fan
The inline fan will be pulling air from inside the tent, through the carbon filter,
ensuring the air leaving the tent is free of odors and aromas. It is important to note
the direction of the fan’s airflow when installing (image c).
