CAUTION:
DO NOT PLUG UNIT IN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN:
1.
ENSURE THAT THE HOT AND COLD SWITCHES ON THE BACK OF THE
UNIT ARE "OFF".
2.
INSTALL THE WATER BOTTLE AND OPEN BOTH FAUCETS UNTIL THE
WATER RUNS FROM BOTH THE HOT AND COLD FAUCETS.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Two, three or five gallon bottled water can be used as the water source.
2.
Remove the paper label on the cap and insert the water bottle into the water
inlet on top of the unit. This unit has been designed to be used with self-
puncturing bottled water. Do not remove the cap. Press the red and blue
faucets to ensure water is flowing.
3.
Plug into any 120V, 60Hz, AC source (see important safeguards regarding
use of extension cords).
4.
Turn on the Hot and Cold Switches at rear of unit. The red and green lamps
will light up showing that the cooling and heating functions are powered on.
The hot water may take up to one hour to reach its 90°C temperature. Cold
water may take up to 6 hours to achieve its 7°C to 9°C operating
temperature.
5.
The unit will cycle on and off to maintain correct temperature.
6.
Hot or Cold function can be individually shut on or off by using the switches
at the back of the unit
7.
Depress Blue lever on the cold water faucet to dispense cold water.
8.
As a Safety Feature, the red levers on the hot water faucet must be
squeezed together before depressing to dispense hot water.
9.
Turn the unit off if the water bottle is empty and will not be replaced
immediately.
10.
When removing a water bottle with water in it, be sure to tip the bottle
upright immediately after removing it to avoid excessive spillage.
11.
Some water may drip from the overflow vent at the back of the unit. This is
normal if water level in the water inlet is too high. This will stop when water
levels itself out.
CAUTION: UNIT SHOULD BE PLACED OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND AT A
DISTANCE OF 15CM FROM THE WALL
