Begin by laying each frame pad section in
the correct place on top of the frame.

STEP

Start threading the black elasticated end of the toggle loops through the
eyelets in the frame pads.

STEP

Now, turn each frame pad upside down
to reveal the eyelets.

STEP

Tip: it might be useful to have a screwdriver (or similar) available to help feed
the loop through the eyelet.
