Advanced Operations
4.1
Work Mode
SETUP mode: Use to configure the camera or to playback photos or video clips.
ON mode: When motion is detected in the monitoring region, the camera will take
pictures or videos in accordance with the configuration
settings. After switching the camera to the ON position, the
motion indication LED (red) will blink for about 10 seconds.
During this time interval, you can position the camera for
automatic surveillance operation.

Configuration menu
Press the MENU button on the keyboard to open the configuration menu. The
menu will appear on the display.

keys to select the menu item; use the

key to select different
options; use the

key to change to different item pages. Press OK to save the
settings.
4.2.1 Configuration setting
Setting Items
Description
Camera Mode
There are three camera modes: Photo, Video and
Pic+Video. Open the main menu to set the camera mode. If
you choose Pic+Video, the camera records a picture and a
video clip.
Photo Size
Choose the image size: 5MP, 10MP or 12MP.
Video Size
Choose the video size: 1280 x 720 or 640 x 480.
Photo Burst
This parameter sets the number of pictures taken for each
trigger in camera mode. Select “1 Photo” to “6 Photos”.
Video Length
Choose the duration of recording a video from 5 seconds to
180 seconds.
