4.6.3. Connecting Li-ion batteries in series.

Caution!
Before connecting 2 or more Li-ion batteries, the Li-ion batteries must be
charged to 100% SoC.

Caution!
For more than 4 Li-ion batteries in series connection consult Super B or your
dealer.

Caution!
Depending on the installation a precharge circuit is needed. For further
information consult Super B or your dealer.
When using Li-ion batteries in series configuration CAN balancing is required (see
paragraph 4.7.4.).
The CAN power cable is necessary for CAN balancing.
In installations with more than 2 batteries in series the CAN power cable should be powered
from an external 24V power supply.
