-Then long-press the “
RETURN
” key and “
ON-OFF”
key at the same time until the
Recovery mode has appeared.

-After a new menu will appear and then you must use the touch panel or
RETURN keys to select “
wipe data / factory reset
” then press “
Power
” and then
select “
Yes delete all user data
”.
Then press “
power
”again. The unit will then begin the recovery mode.
(this process may last for a few minutes)

- When it finishes select “
reboot system now
” press the “
power button
” and the
