1.

Verify Awning is closed and

unplugged.

2. Position yourself under the Awning

and detach each Safety Clip, one at a

time.

3.

DO NOT REMOVE

 the Cord Locks

from the Cover.

4. Plug in the electrical cord to use the

Awning.

USE ONLY

 provided 

Breakaway Safety Clips

 to fasten the Protective Cover around the Awning.

DO NOT USE

 other tie-downs in addition to or instead of the provided Breakaway Safety Clips.

SECURE

 the Breakaway Safety Clips as directed.

NEVER

 place a ladder or stand in front and at the level of the Front Bar of the Awning.

Failure to follow these instructions can present risk of 

DEATH 

or 

SERIOUS INJURY

 from being struck by an

Awning suddenly opening while removing tie-downs.

WARNING

1.

Close the Oasis and unplug it from the electric outlet.

2.

The Cover will be installed on top of the Oasis when the

installation of the Safety Clip Tie-Downs is complete

.

3.

Remove the Protective Cover from its packaging. Orient the Cover

on a clean work surface, so that the sewn hem is facing down.

4.

Locate the 

Breakaway 

Safety Clips.

5.

Form a loop in the Cord and pass it through a Grommet.

. Pass the Cord with Safety Clip and Cord Lock through

the loop (

see Figure 7

) and pull it snug.

6.

Repeat for each 

Breakaway 

Safety Clip

 on one side of Cover

.

7.

Lay the Cover across the top of the fully closed Oasis, sewn hem

facing down.

8.

Attach the Safety Clip to the other side of the Cover, along the

 

hem by

each Grommet location, passing it underneath the Oasis

 

square bar.

9.

Cinch the Cord Lock to the desired snugness, then create a knot

 

using the

two cord ends so the knot is located approximately 1

 

inch from the Cord

Lock.

10.

Trim the excess Cord close to the knot at each location.
