Blu Flame Heaters Limited Warranty

The unit must work properly. All burners and controls have a 1-year guarantee (after 

installation) in which we will replace or repair parts free-of-charge. Warranty work does 

not include labor; parts only. The heater owner is responsible for shipping costs.
The manufacturer is not responsible for malfunctioning components if unit was misused 

or abused.
The manufacturer and/or its sales personnel are not responsible for accidents caused by 

misuse or abuse. Strict adherence to the instructions in the manual is mandatory. NOT 

following instructions, as outlined in this booklet, or tampering with unit controls VOIDS 

ANY WARRANTY.
