INTERVAL PROGRAMS (P01-P15):
Press the “PRG” button to select between program P01-P15. The “time” will flash. Press “SPEED

” or “INCLINE

” to set the workout time. Press “START” button to start the program.
Press “SPEED

” to change the speed during each section.
Press “INCLINE
∧
/
∨
” to change the incline during each section.
The treadmill will beep 6 seconds and stop when the program is finished.
NOTE:
Each program can be divided into 20 sections, the running time of each program is evenly
divided. The treadmill will beep for 5 seconds when starting a new section.
