STEP: 3

Insert the

Arm Exerciser (No. 1)

into the holes located on the front end of the

Main

Frame (No. 7-3)

, align the holes and secure the

Arm Exerciser (No. 1)

to the

Main

Frame (No. 7-3)

using 6

Screws (No. 2)

. Tighten and secure with

Allen Wrench (A)

.

Remove the

Monitor (No. 20)

from the

Console (No. 19)

and install (2) AAA batteries.

Re-install the monitor to the console.

NOTE:

When using the (Arm Exercise Feature) of the bike you can adjust the tension

level by turning the

Arm Exerciser Knobs (No. 21).

Turn

clockwise

to increase and

counter-clockwise

to decrease.

STEP: 4

Attach the

Left

and

Right Pedals (No. 9

and

No. 10)

to the

Left

and

Right Cranks (No.

17

and

No. 18)

.

Left Pedal:

align the

Left Pedal (No. 9)

with the

Left Crank Arm (No. 17)

at 90

degrees. Gently insert the pedal into the crank arm, turn the pedal

counter-clockwise

as tightly as you can with your hand. Tighten and secure with

Spanner (B)

.

Right Pedal:

align the

Right Pedal (No. 10)

with the

Right Crank Arm (No. 18)

at 90

degrees. Gently insert the pedal into the crank arm, turn the pedal

clockwise

as tightly

as you can with your hand. Tighten and secure with

Spanner (B)

.

The assembly is complete!
