5. If you need to stop the treadmill immediately, pull the safety key off the console.
COUNTDOWN MODE:
You can set the treadmill to countdown time, distance or calories. When treadmill is stopped, press
M
to choose time
countdown, distance countdown or calories countdown. Only one function can be set to countdown at a time.
1. Press

to enter time countdown mode. The time window flashes. The initial time is 30:00. Press
key “+” “-”
to adjust time in 1minute increments between range 5:00-99:00.

to enter distance countdown mode. The distance window flashes. The initial distance is 1.0 mile.
Press
“+” “-” to adjust distance between range 1.0- 99.0 mile.

to enter calories countdown mode. The distance window flashes. The initial calories is 50
kcal. Press
“+” “-” to adjust calories between range 20- 990
kcal.
4. Press START to start the treadmill.
PROGRAM MODE
P1-P36 are programs with preset speed and incline levels. Each program is divided into 16 segments. Each segment
is the same amount of time. See pages 19-20 for the program table.
1. Press M to select the program number. Time window flashes. Default time is 30:00. Pres
s “+” “-” keys to adjust
the time. The range is 5-99 minute. Press M to return to default time of 30:00.
2. Press
START
. The screen displays 3 second countdown accompanied by 3 hint sounds. The treadmill will run
at the preset speed and incline levels of the selected program.
3. When the treadmill is going into the next segment, treadmill will sound 3 times in advance.
4. While the treadmill is running, you can adjust the speed and the incline.
Press key “+” “-” or QUICK SPEED keys to adjust the speed.

5. When the 16 segments are finished, the treadmill will stop with a long prompt sound.

USER PROGRAM
Treadmill has 3 user modes: U01, U02, and U03 for you to set your own training program. Each program will have 16
