Install the End Clamp on the Rail at the ends of 
the PV panel array.  Confirm that the hooks on 
the End Clamp are fully engaged with the hooks 
on the side of the Rail.  Secure the PV panel 
frame to the Rail using the End Clamp; use a 
6mm hex driver and torque to 9.4 Nm (6.9 ft-
lbs). 

Note: For a single panel configuration install  
bonding pins into the Bonding Pin Holder of the 
End Clamp.     

 

 

Install the Mid Clamp on the Rail between PV 
panels.  Confirm that the hooks on the Mid 
Clamp are fully engaged with the hooks on the 
side of the Rail.  Secure the PV panel frame to 
the Rail using the Mid Clamp; use a 6mm hex 
driver and torque to 9.4 Nm (6.9 ft-lbs). 

 

 

 

Adjust the L-Foot up or down the roof slope to 
position Rail.  Tighten the L-Foot using a 6mm 
hex driver and torque to 13Nm (10 ft-lbs).
