Step 1:
As
shown in Fig. 1, insert Connecting Rod (C) into Handrails (A & B).
As shown in Fig. 2, connect Rod (C) and Handrail (A) with Bolts (AA),
Wrench (HH), fasten the bolts.
Same step with another Handrail (B).
Step 2:
Connect Rod (D) and Handrails (A & B)
with Bolts (BB), Washers (EE) and Washers (FF)
