SAFETY WARNINGS

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO OPERATE THIS UNIT. KEEP THE
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. KEEP THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR USE WHEN STORING THE
HEATER DURING EXTENDED PERIODS OF NON-USE.

1. Read all instructions before installing or using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc. and
curtains at least a feet ( a m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the
sides.
3. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
4. Do not operate any heater after it malfunctions. Disconnect power at service panel and
have heater inspected by a reputable electrician before reusing.
5. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, and turn off power to heater circuit at main
disconnect panel (or operate internal disconnect switch if provided).
6. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this
may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
7. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.
8. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
9. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
10. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
11. Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control system or
any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the
heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
12. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a
swimming pool.
13. WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature.
14. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable
of leaving the room on their own, they should be kept away unless continuously
supervised.
15. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance
provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years
shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.
