Button Management
Where there is compatible software, many of the physical buttons on the SUMO ST360
are programmable. There are only two exceptions to this, the power button and the SAS
button. To re-assign a button launch the Button Agent application located in the System
Tray.
NOTE: For Microsoft Windows CE the Button Agent is located in the Control Panel.
Biometric Fingerprint Reader
This feature gives a fast and secure method to manage your SUMO ST360. The sensor
application serves as a security and protection control panel. Your SUMO ST360 may
come with an application that facilitates the use of this reader. Consult your device
provider if you do not have access to such an application.
Brightness Control
A physical button may be used to alter the display brightness, press “Button 5” on the
front of the SUMO ST360 to access the on-screen controls.
NOTE: For Microsoft Windows CE, select the Brightness icon in the control panel.
Battery and Power Management
The internal battery supplied with the SUMO ST360 supports approximately 1.5 – 2 hours
of continuous operation. This can be extended by approximately 3 - 4 hours with the
external battery pack (hot-swappable) that clips onto the back of the SUMO ST360. To
lengthen battery life, use standby mode when not in active use.
