OPERATING YOUR APPLIANCE

 

 

It is recommended you install the appliance in a place where the ambient temperature is between 72º and 
78ºF (23º-26ºC).  If the ambient temperature is above or below the recommended temperatures, the 
performance of the unit may be affected.  For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions 
may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate.  The range of 40º-72ºF (5º-22ºC) may not be reached.

ON/OFF Power 

To turn the appliance ON or OFF, touch the  

  

symbol and hold for 5 seconds. The LED readout 

will show the temperature set previously (the preset temperature at the factory for UPPER ZONE is 
50ºF/10ºC and for LOWER ZONE is 60ºF/16ºC). 

 

Key Lock 

If no key is touched for 2 minutes, the controls will be locked automatically. To release the lock, 
touch the 

  and   symbols at the same time for at least 5 seconds. 

 

Setting the Temperature Control 

You can select the temperature display setting (either Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees) by touching 
the 

 mark.  The Fahrenheit or Celsius degree indicator will appear in blue in the temperature 

display window for each zone. You can touch the left side

 UP 

and

 DOWN 

marks to control the 

internal temperature of the UPPER ZONE and touch the right side 

UP

 and 

DOWN

 marks to control 

the internal temperature of the LOWER ZONE.  
 
The degree indicators will appear in the display window marked 

 for UPPER ZONE and 

 

for 

LOWER ZONE. The temperature settings for LOWER ZONE and UPPER ZONE are adjustable 
with the range of 40º-72ºF (5º-22ºC).
