GENERAL INFORMATION 

We strongly recommend that you use your scale on a flat, hard surface. 

Soft surfaces, such as carpet, will cause inaccuracy. 

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 

Before putting  your  scale  into use, please  carefully  and  completely  read 

the  information  provided  in  the  Users  Manual  /  Operating  Instructions. 

They contain important information about the installation, proper use, and 

maintenance  of  your  scale.  The  manufacturer  shall  not  be  liable  for 

damages  arising  out  of  failure  to  comply  with  the  Users  Manual  / 

Operating Instructions.   

 

When  using  electrical  components  under  increased  safety  requirements,  always 

comply with the appropriate regulations.   

 

Improper installation will render the warranty null and void. 

 

Ensure that  the voltage marked  on the  power  supply  unit matches your buildings 

main power supply. 

 

This device is designed for indoor use.   

 

Observe the permissible ambient temperatures for use of your scale. 

 

This  device  meets  the  requirements  for  electromagnetic  compatibility.  Do  not 

exceed the maximum values specified in the applicable standards. 

 

Ensure that the patient does not lean against the device to avoid the risk of falling.
