Sabbath Mode for ADRD15
• Sabbath mode is available for the observance of certain religious holidays. This mode turns off
the displays, interior light, and audible alarms and prevents them from turning on again. Normal
cooling operations will still take place.
• To initiate Sabbath mode, press the
LIGHT
and
UP
symbols at the same time and hold for at
least 3 seconds. The LCD screen will flash
for 3 seconds and confirm the
Sabbath mode is ON.
• Sabbath mode can be cancelled by repeating the above process. Sabbath Mode will
automatically turn off after 96 hours. If the power goes off, when it is recovered, Sabbath Mode
will turn off.
Temperature Memory Function
In the event of a power interruption (power surge, breaker switch, etc.), the appliance can remember
the previous temperature settings, and when power is recovered, the cabinet temperature will return
to the same set temperature as before the power went off.
Defrosting
Under normal operating conditions, the appliance does not require manual defrosting. The
evaporator behind the rear wall of the appliance defrosts automatically. The condensate collects in
the drainage channel behind the rear wall of the appliance and flows through the drainage hole into
the drip tray by the compressor where it evaporates.
NOTE:
Frost may accumulate on the evaporator if the appliance is repeatedly opened in high
heat or high humidity locations.
Warning System
Door Opening Alarm
If a drawer has been left open for more than 5 minutes, the LCD screen will display
and beep 3
times every 5 seconds. Press any key, or close the door to stop the alarm.
Temperature Alarm
•
Low temperature alarm:
When interior temperature is lower than 28ºF/-2ºC for over 3 hours,
the low temperature alarm will beep and the left side of LCD screen will display
. Press
any key to stop the beeping alarm.
•
High temperature alarm:
When interior temperature is higher than 77ºF/25ºC for over 6 hours,
the high temperature alarm will beep to alarm and the left side of LCD screen will display
. Press any key to stop the beeping alarm.
