Next, move to the bottom skirt of the blind and locate the
end that has the three Velcro straps down the side. Rap them
around the railing upright tube on the left side of the tripod
frame as shown in
figure 7
.

Pull the skirt around to all four corners attaching the large
Velcro patches to the Velcro patches on the roof. Pull the skirt
tight as you work your way around the tripod frame. See
figure

. The velcro patches should line up as you move around.

You will notice that there are three Velcro straps on each of
the four section of the tripod frame. Rap these straps around the
frame including the lower part of the window as shown in
figure

. This will secure the blind skirt and roof to the tripod frame.

Pull the bottom of the skirt down around the base of the
platform and attach the S-hook in the corner of the tripod frame
as shown in
figure 11
. This will secure the base of the skirt to the
platform.
