Operating Your Wine Cellar 

NOTE: Allow unit temperature to stabilize for 24 hours before use. 

 

The Control Panel: 

 

  To control the upper zone temperature, press the UP and DOWN buttons on the left side 

where    you see the words Upper Zone (Zone I).    Each press will adjust the temperature by 
1°C between 5° and 10°C, or 1°F between 40° and 50°F. 

  To control the lower zone temperature, press the UP and DOWN buttons on the right side 

where you see the words Lower Zone (Zone II). Each press will adjust the temperature by 1°C 
between 10° and 18°C, or 1°F between 50° and 64°F. 

  To turn the internal LED lighting on or off, press the LIGHT button on the right side. 

  To switch the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa, press the C/F 

button. 

 

The Display Screen: 

On the display screen in the middle of the control panel, you can read the following 
information and adjust the temperature setting according to the ambient conditions: 

 

1. Indicator of the whole unit’s working status. 
2. Indicator of the lower zone’s working status: 

     

: Refrigerating. 

     

: Maintaining the current temperature.
