2. Models with CSS in the model number suffix have cabinets fully wrapped in stainless steel.
3. The metal insert allows you to
lay 3 Bordeaux bottles or 2 Burgundy bottles safely on the
floor.

Remove the exterior and interior packing.
BEFORE USING YOUR APPLIANCE
•
CAUTION: After unpacking and b
e
fore
connecting the appliance to the power source,
you MUST
allow this appliance to stand upright for at least 2 hours to allow the lubricant and refrigerant to
drain back into the compressor and stabilize. Failure to do so may adversely affect performance
and the lifetime of the unit.
•
Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.
•
Install the handle on the door. (See page 7.)
•
Your appliance is designed to be free-standing, but can be built-in (fully recessed) if the model number
includes the letters ”BI”. If free standing, the unit should have at least 5” of clearance at both sides, at
the top and at the back to allow for adequate ventilation. If it is built-in, leave at least 3/16” at both
sides, 1/16” at the top and 2” at the rear. Be sure that airflow under the appliance is not blocked.

This appliance is designed for storing and cooling bottles of wine. Do not store perishable
food, medicine or other medical products.

Place your wine
cellar on a floor that is strong enough to support it when it is fully loaded. To level the
unit, adjust the front leveling legs.
•
For free-standing installation, leave 5 inches (127mm) of space around the back and sides of the unit
