
Repairs
Repairs to the awning should only be made by a Summer Line authorized
repair agent.
Warranty 12 months
Items not covered under this warranty
.Defects arising from neglect and misuse
. Storm damage
.Excessive inflation of the tubes resulting in ruptured tubes.
.Damaged caused by UV degradation
.Unauthorized repairs or alterations
.Transportation or shipment cost to and from the manufacturer for any
warranty claim or assessment against a warranty claim
.Awnings that are used on permanent sites
AFTER-SALES SERVICE:
Carefully keep your purchase invoice. It will be required for any warranty
claim.
In case of problems with your awning, contact your dealer. No product return
will be accepted without prior approval.
NB: Dirty canvas (mud, soil, sand, etc.) will not be repaired.
SPECIFIC WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
This commercial warranty, specific for awnings, is added to the general sales
conditions (GSC) stipulated on the back of the purchase invoice.
We advise you to read the GSC and the following.
All anomalies must be reported to us by registered letter with
acknowledgment of receipt within 10 days of occurrence.
The transport costs remain at the user’s expense.
The following are excluded from the warranty:

Any wear or faults caused by improper assembly or use not in
accordance with recommended guidelines.
