Please align the elbow front face with the finish wall.

 

               

Improper elbow installation depth will lead to leak from connector or has to customize extension parts with extra

Please miss steps 5.3.1(a) to 5.3.4(a) if connect with Pex fitting or PVC fitting. the valve doesn’t need to be disassembled.
