WARRANTY CONDITIONS

This scooter comes with a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. During
the warranty period any product failures due to manufacturing defects or faulty
material are covered providing the product has been used as directed. Warranty
rights do not apply to defects caused by: mechanical damage / alteration / modifi
-
cation, natural disaster / improper handling / mishandling and lack of maintenance
or misplacement, damages due to low or high temperatures, exposure to water,
disproportionate pressure and shock.

Claims must be made in writing with details of the fault. The warranty claim can
be made only with the organization where the product was purchased.
