MAINTENANCE
Normally shipped for use with timer drain. See below
for float drain maintenance.
Except for occasional replacement of timer drain and
cleaning of the strainer inside the ball valve the
condensate separator is maintenance free

1. Cut the air supply and discharge pressure to
the condensate separator.
2. Pull the body off of the head by turning body
counterclockwise.
3. Check the O-ring in the head of housing.
Replace if necessary.
4. Remove old float drain and replace float
drain by loosening external nut at bottom of
bowl. Remove old float drain. Insert new float
and resecure with the new external nut.
5. Clean and lubricate the threads of the body
before reconnecting head.
6. Connect the system to the air supply to
check for any leakages.
NOTE
Auto float drain and nut are the only
repair parts available.
