3.1
Overview
The Condensate Management System is equipped with a
strainer to prevent clogging of the atomizing nozzle. This
strainer should be cleaned every 250 hours. Refer to
Fig-
ure 1-1
on page 5 for location of strainer.

Troubleshooting

Symptom
Probable cause
Remedy
Excessive amounts of
water exiting service valve.
Plugged condensate line strainer
preventing flow of condensate to
exhaust stream.
Clean strainer.
Plugged orifice in atomizing nozzle.
Clean orifice or replace nozzle. Care
must be taken to not damage or move
the pin during cleaning.
