The grinder operator shall wear safety
goggles or face shield at all times when the
grinder is in operation.
If noise level exceeds 85 dB(A) at the work
station, operator must use ear protection
(plugs and/or ear mufflers).

Operation conditions and instructions
This tool is equipped with a combination
safety lever/ring throttle:
Safety lever throttle action
A) Lever action:1 Tilt safety pin towards arrow
direction and 2 press down lever.
B) Ring throttle action

Turn ring throttle counter clock wise to open,
turn clock wise to close. Observe arrow
direction.
Attention:
Before connecting to air supply,
check that throttle is closed.
Dismantling the Handle:
Remove hexagon nut

Observe even material removal, avoid
chattering.
Do not treat any material containing
asbestos.

Check concentricity, use only vibration free
tools and always observe M.OS. (Max.
operating speed). Observe mounting

Maintenance
Store tool in a clean, dry place.
Check the idling speed from time to time.
Even if the tool still gives satisfactory service,
have it checked by a trained mechanic after
300 to 400 operation hours, or at least once a
year. Disassembly motor, clean and replace if
necessary the four vanes.
Also check/replace grease in the gear head
