SAFE EXIT ASSIST
Safe Exit Assist uses radar
sensors in the rear bumper to
detect an approaching vehicle or
bicycle that may collide with a
door when you exit the vehicle,
reducing the possibility of a
collision. When an approaching
vehicle or bicycle is detected, the
outside rear view mirror indicator
on the detected side illuminates. If
the door on the detected side is
opened, the outside rear view
mirror indicator will blink, a buzzer
sounds, and warning is displayed
on the Multi-information Display.
