Once you have correctly connected the STB, you also have to perform some “basic settings”.
Settings can be stored by EXIT key or by SELECT key , which differs from each menu.
The user guidance information for every menu at the right bottom of the screen will indicate
which key ( EXIT or SELECT ) to use to store the various settings.
This user guidance indicates also other remote control key symbols, which are necessary to
operate the selected menu.
Press MENU key to enter from the Main Menu the
Language menu.
Select the OSD language that you desire.
This will define the language shown in the menus.
In the Installation, you can configure your
antenna ( LNB, Switches, …) and search for
satellites and corresponding channels.
Press MENU key to enter from the Main Menu
the Installation menu.
To have access to the Installation menu you
will be requested to enter your Password.
This code is set “0000” by the factory.
If you have connected another analogue or digital STB on the LNB output of your
STB ,using the same LNB, then select LNB Power “OFF” to watch the connected receiver
on your TV screen or turn the STB in stand by mode. In normal mode set the LNB Power to
“ON”. If your STB is connected to a SMATV system with an external LNB Power supplyset
the LNB Power “ON” or “OFF” as the requirements of the SMATV System.
